I live in Modesto California. I like to get out and go places, see things, and have a good time. Steve and I have a 2006 Goldwing 1800 modified to carry my wheelchair. Modifying the Goldwing
Before my Goldwing I had a 2005 Ural Tourist motorcycle. We sold the Ural and upgraded to a Goldwing. You can see more of that on the Modifying the Ural photo story pages.
Steve's mother is full of adventure. She travels year round in her RV. Some of the places she travels is Mexico, Montana, and most recently Florida.
Steve and I started the new year with the annual Polar Bear Ride through the mountains.
Here are links to my adventures riding around in my wheelchair. I want to see it all before my time is up. I'm lucky Steve loves to travel and he loves adventure too. So many places I have not been. I will get there one mile at a time. Some photos are of us having a good time around town, other photos are about our travels. All my photo story links are listed below... enjoy.
I hope these pages will help other people get out and do more with the life's they have. If you are interested in more information about my travels in a wheelchair, or about me, just send me an email I would love to hear from you. You will see me in the motorcycle web forums, I am making my rounds there also as "HeathersWheels".
Life is way too short to let little things stand in your way.
I have been selling helmet speakers since December 2005. The proceeds from selling helmet speakers have been emensely helpful in funding my ride habit. They are very comfortable inside your helmet. More information can be found at my ebay store.

In 2006 my sister Desiree' learns to ride a motorcycle. The guys gave her some instruction and off she rode on Steve's dirt bike. She ate a little dirt but she was loving it.
Do you remember your first motorcycle ride? My first ride. was from the house to the gas station and back, then from the house to Walgreen's and then home again. All total we covered about 5 miles.
In 2005 Steve and I went to Las Vegas. Steve got his very first tattoo at Hart and Huntington. He now has four tattoos. Two of them he did himself. I am very proud of him always learning new things.
